Service requests
Requests sent through this website or by phone are requests, not confirmed appointments. Tech-Cepheus LLC confirms the visit with you by phone or text. Fees are explained to you before the visit, and repairs are done only after you approve the estimate.

Information on this website is general and may change. Brand names belong to their owners; we are an independent repair company.
SMS Terms
- Program: Tech-Cepheus LLC service notifications. Texts are only about a service request you made: appointment confirmations and reminders, technician on-the-way updates, and links to review and sign your service agreement. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.
- How you opt in: by checking the optional SMS box on our request form, or by saying "yes" when our phone assistant or staff asks whether we may text you about your service. Consent is not a condition of purchase or service.
- Frequency: Message frequency varies.
- Cost: Msg & data rates may apply.
- Opt out: reply STOP at any time. You will get one confirmation text and no further messages. Reply START to opt back in.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
